Yes of course! You’re allowed to include your own message with your gift, which we will personally hand write. Add your personalised message on the product page.
Unfortunately we don’t accept any refunds or returns on any change of mind purchases. If an item is damaged please email us at hello@getgifty.com.au within 48 hours of receiving the gift box and include as many deets as possible and a photo.

All orders are dispatched within 24 hours of your order being placed. We use Australia Post for our deliveries and deliver Australia wide. Estimated delivery times after your box has left Get Gifty HQ:
- Standard delivery within QLD: 2-4 business days
- Standard delivery to NSW, ACT, SA, VIC, NT, WA, TAS: 3-6 business days
- Express delivery Australia-wide: 1-2 business days
If your order has not arrived within 10 business days, please contact us so that we can follow it up at hello@getgifty.com.au.
If your gift is heading to the Gold Coast, you’re in luck! Any orders placed before 10am will be delivered by 6pm that same day.
